My Story

HEY PRINCESS,
My name is Megan — a 200H NTY Yoga and Fitness certified instructor with a deep passion for holistic wellness. I first turned to Pilates for a lean and toned physique, but over time, I discovered many more benefits. 
It taught me how to manage stress, cultivate awareness of my mind and body, and stay grounded in the present moment. Combined with the philosophy of yoga, my practice has not only transformed my body but also brought me mental clarity, emotional balance, and a deeper connection to myself. 
That’s why I’ve dedicated my career to guiding others on their own journey to strength, balance, and wellness.
To empower others to move with confidence, purpose, connect with their bodies, and find strength beyond the physical body. 

The Approach

I believe movement is most powerful when it’s practiced with intention. I focus on teaching proper form so my clients can move safely, effectively, and with confidence. 
My approach goes beyond physical training—I integrate elements of yoga philosophy to help students connect with the deeper “why” behind their practice. Through mindful movement and education, I guide my clients toward building strength, finding balance, and cultivating a greater sense of clarity both on and off the mat. By connecting multiple dimensions of the mind, body, and spirit, I aim to help you achieve overall well-being. 
I work with clients in all types of levels to help them improve posture, increase flexibility, build core strength, and reduce stress. Most importantly, I want my clients to leave every session feeling energized, empowered, and connected to themselves.
